PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES / History

The procedures for the establishment of The Daily Care Centre for Adults with Special Needs and Disabilities of the Morfou Community Services Complex began in 2010 by having meetings with parents whose children have special needs, the Morfou Community Complex and the competent state services.

The aim of the Center is to provide day care, employment and education to adult people with intellectual disabilities. Each person is treated as unique, with their own peculiarities. Based on this, we seek to restore people. In our opinion, the interest of the people and their love for them.

The Collaboration of 13 communities of the Morfou region, including Peristerona, Astromeritis, Agia Marina Xyliatou, Potami, Nikitari, Orounta, Kato Moni, Vyzakia, Xyliatos, Kannavia, Koutrafas, Agios Georgios Kafkalou, Agia Eirini Kannavion, constitutes the Administrative Authority of the Daily Care Centre for Adults with Special Needs and Disabilities of the Morfou Complex.
